Step 01
We start from your electrical, protocol and enclosure requirements — Modbus register map, connectivity, power and certification targets — and agree a specification and interface contract before any build begins.
Step 02
A small pilot batch is assembled and bench-validated against that specification, proving firmware behaviour, field wiring and server integration on real hardware before committing to volume.
Step 03
Components pass incoming-quality checks and every unit runs an end-of-line functional test — power, RS-485 / Ethernet / 4G links and a full protocol read — with the result recorded against its serial number.
Step 04
Boards move to volume assembly with reel-level component traceability and scheduled build slots aligned to your forecast, keeping lead times predictable as quantities scale.
Step 05
Firmware updates, test certificates and RMA handling are managed per device by serial number, with clear obsolescence and continuity terms for long-running OEM programmes.
